The Process

  • To be considered for Private Coaching you must first submit and be approved for an Interview call with Kacy. This application will assess your goals, motivation, willingness to participate in the program and financial readiness.

  • Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will get on the phone with Kacy to determine if you are a fit for 1:1 private coaching. On this call you will be vetted by Kacy for your willingness to do the deep work, coachibility, vulnerability and commitment to yourself and this program.

    Kacy does not accept everyone into this program. If you are a fit for the program and offered a spot, you will then proceed to begin onboarding immediately on the phone with Kacy. She will guide you through filling out your client profile, making your first payment, signing your financial agreement and then booking your Initial Consultation.

  • Then you are responsible for filling out your onboarding forms and reviewing the onboarding videos. in this process you will become familiar with the software we use to share information and files, download our messenger app, get access to the community, complete admin tasks and prepare for your Initial Consultation.

  • The second you complete your first payment, you are given text access to Kacy. You are able to send text, videos, voice messages, photos and files.

    You are not alone in your health journey anymore. Kacy is there with you through every low, every high and everything in-between.

  • You get access to the group Zoom sessions, live Q&As and the community.

  • You will begin with a deep dive into your self-beliefs and discovering the true underlying reason that your goals are what they are.

    Kacy will guide you through creating your goals for your work with her and help you find clarity on what your ideal health looks like. She will challenge you and help you find awareness on why your health is in its current state. You will be forced to take responsibility for where you are in order to reach your goals. That begins on this call.

    This is a 60-minute in-depth conversation during which you will be asked several questions in order for Kacy to put together the pieces of your health. You will walk away from this session with recommendations to implement immediately. Most

  • Following your initial consultation, you will be sent labs. These are customized person-to-person and are based on what information is needed for you specifically. You will schedule a blood draw appointment and then proceed to getting your blood drawn. The results will be sent to Kacy for analysis and reporting.

  • Kacy is trained as a Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist. This means that she will analyze your blood work from the Functional Medicine perspective using optimal ranges, as opposed to Allopathic Medicine’s standard ranges. This allows Kacy’s analysis and recommendations to be more precise and get quicker results.

    Kacy will compile the results of her analysis into a comprehensive, color-coded, easily-to-understand report that is then sent to you. You will then review the report in your Protocol Report session.

  • You’ll then meet with Kacy for a 60-minute Zoom session during which she will review your blood work results, explain how your physiology works, help you gain an understanding of why your health is in its current state (yes, you will get the answers you’ve been searching for), and you will be giving your initial protocol.

“I literally thought I was going to die in February, that is how awful my physical symptoms of stress and anxiety were. I knew that the only person that could really help and guide me through this was Kacy - because I had worked with her previously but it was more on the nutrition side of things, not so much the anxiety and stress component.
